Helping others, something so simple yet gratifying at the same, is at the heart of my work. As part of my personal mission, I listen to my clients – both executives and athletes – to help them find their own singular definition of happiness.
Fears, insecurities and failures also appear on this shared path. The capacity to accept a certain measure of vulnerability as a natural – and even necessary – part of our day-to-day is another vital aspect of my professional approach.
My two areas of specialization are executive coaching and sports psychology. I’ve always been keenly interested in bridging the domains of business and sports by drawing upon theoretical-practical experiences and insights from both.
Leadership, development of competencies, teamwork, motivation, flow, self-confidence and emotional control are just some of the concepts that emerge in this perpetual back-and-forth between these two fascinating worlds.
